Take away all preconceived notions of a typical California pink wine. This beautiful California Syrah juice kissed the skins for a few days, to delicately extract a beautiful pinkish hue before being draining off into stainless steel to quietly finish. Sweet strawberry and tart grapefruit jump out of the glass and balance the refreshing acidity, reminiscent of an old world style in a new world glass. This is the perfect wine for a summer day by the pool, or to compliment a rich pasta.
